Alight, Inc. (NYSE: ALIT) named Bruce E. Wolfe Senior Vice President and Wealth Solution Leader, effective Sept. 14, 2026. The appointment integrates Wolfe into Alight’s executive leadership team to lead the company’s wealth strategy within its benefits operating system.
Wolfe brings over 25 years of experience in retirement and asset management, most recently serving as a senior executive at Insight Investment, a BNY affiliate. In that role, he reported to the firm’s Global CEO and led development of the first U.S. retail retirement income platform. Prior to Insight, he held senior positions at BlackRock, including Managing Director and COO of the firm’s $500 billion U.S. and Canada Defined Contribution business. He also founded the BlackRock Retirement Institute.
Earlier in his career, Wolfe served as Managing Director at Allianz Global Investors, where he led enterprise-wide business and retirement initiatives across a $2 trillion assets under management global organization.
