Spirit Blockchain Capital Renames to Impauer Technologies, Updates CSE Ticker

Spirit Blockchain Capital Inc. announced that, effective September 3, 2026, it has changed its corporate name to Impauer Technologies Inc. The company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. On the Canadian Securities Exchange, the former ticker SPIR was replaced by IMPR; the OTCQB symbol SBLCF remains unchanged. The name change also brought a new CUSIP number, 45258P108, and a new ISIN, CA45258P1080.

Chief Executive Officer Suha Askary commented that "Impauer represents a corporate identity that better reflects the technology-driven company we are building."

The firm emphasized that its business operations, management, and share capital have not been altered as a result of the name change. Shareholders are not required to take any action, and existing share certificates representing common shares remain valid without needing exchange. There is no consolidation or modification to the company’s share capital associated with the renaming.
