Cathie Wood's ARK Invest increased its stake in Guardant Health Inc. (NASDAQ: GH), purchasing 7,738 shares through the ARKG ETF on Thursday, according to a filing disclosed Sept. 17.
The trade, valued at $1,353,376, marked the largest dollar-value transaction by any ARK fund that day and followed a series of earlier purchases during the week, reinforcing an ongoing accumulation pattern in the diagnostic company.
In addition to Guardant, ARKG acquired 293 shares of Scribe Therapeutics Inc. (SCTX), valued at $8,526. The fund divested 1,432 shares of Brera Holdings PLC (SLMT) — roughly $4,381 — across three vehicles: ARKK, ARKW and ARKF. The Brera sale continues a broader reduction in ARK's exposure to the position over the past week.
