The company's adjusted EBITDA rose to $1.32 billion, yielding a margin of 53%, while gross profit climbed 403% year-over-year to $1.26 billion.
Lithium division accounted for the bulk of the company’s performance, generating $1.33 billion in revenue and $930 million in gross profit. Quarterly sales volumes reached a record 84,000 metric tons of lithium carbonate equivalent, split between operations in Chile and Australia. Novandino’s Chilean operations sold 75,800 metric tons, up from 52,300 metric tons in the same period last year, while Australian spodumene sales reached 55,900 metric tons. Average selling prices soared 152% year-over-year, with Novandino’s pricing more than doubling to $21.8 per kilogram and Australian spodumene concentrate recovering to $2,048 per metric ton from a low of $736 in the third quarter of 2025.
