SoftwareOne, the Swiss‑based software and cloud solutions provider, named Regina Manfredi as President Americas, effective Sep 1, 2026. Manfredi joins the company’s Executive Board and will oversee operations in the United States, Canada and Latin America.
Manfredi, who joined SoftwareOne in 2023, previously served as President North America. In that role she returned the region to growth within six months, a period that coincided with the company reporting 11.6% year‑over‑year revenue growth and a 4.5‑percentage‑point expansion in adjusted EBITDA margin for the first half of 2026.
The executive brings 18 years of technology‑industry experience, including P&L responsibility and work with major cloud and AI partners such as AWS, Microsoft and Google. She holds a BA in Communications from the University of Houston and is completing the Agentic AI Executive Program at MIT Sloan.
CEO Raphael Erb said Manfredi “has proven she can deliver results – she brought NORAM back to growth in record time by putting customers, partners, and employees first. As President Americas, she’ll deepen those relationships even further, ensuring our customers across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America have the partner they need to navigate AI‑driven change.”
SoftwareOne operates in more than 70 countries with roughly 12,000 employees and is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange and Euronext Oslo under the ticker SWON.
