Shares of Donaldson Company Inc. (NYSE: DCI) rose 0.5% in pre-market trading to $92.91 on Tuesday, ahead of the release of the company’s fiscal 2026 fourth-quarter earnings.
The earnings report, scheduled for release before the regular market open, will be followed by a conference call at 11:00 AM ET. Wall Street analysts project earnings per share of $1.13 on revenue of approximately $1.04 billion, representing an estimated 9.7% annual EPS increase.
In the prior quarter, Donaldson reported earnings of $1.06 per share on revenue of $995.1 million, exceeding analyst expectations. The company operates in three segments: Mobile Solutions, Industrial Solutions, and Life Sciences.
Baird analyst Joe Mondillo upgraded Donaldson’s rating to Outperform from Neutral on August 19, raising the price target to $105 from $95. The firm cited improving cyclical indicators for 2026 and 2027 as justification for the upgrade, viewing the recent stock decline as a buying opportunity.
Donaldson’s acquisition of the Facet Filtration business from Filtration Group has expanded its presence in the aerospace and defense sectors.
