Rockwell Automation, Inc. (NYSE: ROK) said on September 29 that a series of executive appointments will take effect on October 1, 2026. The Milwaukee‑based company employs roughly 26,000 workers across more than 100 countries, according to its fiscal year‑end 2025 disclosure.
Tessa Myers, previously senior vice president of Intelligent Devices, will become senior vice president and chief revenue officer, succeeding Scott Genereux. Genereux, who has led the firm’s sales and marketing organization for over five years, said he will retire at the close of 2026.
Matt Fordenwalt, currently senior vice president of Lifecycle Services, will move to lead the Intelligent Devices business unit, taking over Myers’ former role. Jordan Reynolds, who joined Rockwell in 2020 through the Kalypso acquisition and most recently served as vice president of artificial intelligence and autonomy, will be promoted to senior vice president with responsibility for the Lifecycle Services segment.
Chairman and chief executive officer Blake Moret thanked Genereux for his tenure, noting that under his leadership the company had substantially increased customer value. Moret added that he is confident Myers will drive the commercial organization to higher performance and that the changes demonstrate the depth of Rockwell’s leadership team.
