Defense contractor Raytheon Technologies Corp. has been awarded three sole-source delivery orders totaling up to $42.48 million to provide spare parts for the U.S. Navy’s F/A-18 aircraft fleet.
The contracts, issued by the Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support in Philadelphia, were awarded under a five-year basic ordering agreement (N00383-23-G-SV01) and are funded through Navy defense working capital funds for fiscal years 2026 to 2028. None of the orders include option periods, according to contract documents.
The largest award, valued at $17.21 million, is a two-year firm-fixed-price contract with a performance completion date of July 14, 2028. A second order worth $15.07 million spans 21 months, concluding on May 11, 2028, while the third, valued at $10.20 million, also covers 21 months and is due for completion on May 1, 2028.
The agreements were awarded under sole-source provisions outlined in 10 U.S. Code 3204(a)(1), as permitted by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, and are not subject to competitive bidding.
