Cardano’s ADA token climbed 10% on Wednesday, marking its strongest single-day advance since July 3, as broader cryptocurrency markets extended gains alongside bitcoin and ethereum.
The token traded at $0.1903 on the Investing.com Index as of 17:21 GMT, after fluctuating between $0.1733 and $0.1903 over the past 24 hours. Over the last seven days, ADA has gained 3.39%, with price action confined to a $0.1715 to $0.1904 range.
Daily trading volume reached $392.8 million, representing 0.40% of total crypto turnover. Cardano’s market capitalization stood at $6.89 billion, down 93.86% from its all-time high of $3.10 on September 2, 2021, when its market cap peaked at $94.8 billion.
Bitcoin rose 7.78% to $69,620.10, maintaining a 58.8% share of the total cryptocurrency market value. Ethereum advanced 18.66% to $2,269.11, with a market cap of $272.4 billion accounting for 11.51% of crypto market capitalization.
