Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC said 510,459 new ordinary shares were admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market on Wednesday, raising its total issued share count to 155,973,423.
The new shares, each with a par value of 10 pence, carry the same ISIN as the existing ordinary shares and remain fully fungible with them. Trading of the additional shares began immediately following admission.
The issuance was conducted under the company’s Dividend Investment Scheme, according to a regulatory filing dated August 28, 2026. Maven Capital Partners UK LLP served as company secretary for the transaction.
The admission complies with The Public Offers and Admissions to Trading Regulations 2024 (POATRs) PRM 1.6.4R, the filing stated.
