Bank of Nova Scotia has listed €1.75 billion of euro-denominated senior notes on the London Stock Exchange's main market, according to regulatory filings.
The issuance comprises two series of callable fixed-to-floating rate senior notes. Series 479 totals €1.25 billion and matures in September 2030, while Series 480 amounts to €500 million with a maturity in September 2034. Both tranches were issued under the bank's $40 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
Final terms for the notes were published on September 1, with the offering based on a base prospectus dated July 7, 2026. The notes are not registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, restricting their sale or offer in the United States or to U.S. persons, except under applicable exemptions.
Under MiFID and UK MiFIR product governance rules, the manufacturer target market is limited to eligible counterparties and professional clients only. No key information document was prepared, as the notes are unavailable to retail investors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
