JSC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, the national railway operator of Kazakhstan, released its 2025 Integrated Annual Report on August 24, 2026. The document covers the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, and outlines the company’s operations across key Eurasian transit corridors connecting China, Central Asia, Europe and the Gulf region.
The report was prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, and recommendations from the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). PricewaterhouseCoopers provided independent assurance for selected non-financial disclosures.
JSC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy operates as the main railway network in Kazakhstan and functions as the national freight and passenger carrier. The company is wholly owned by the Joint Stock Company Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna, which is itself fully controlled by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
