Coca-Cola Europacific Partners plc (NASDAQ: CCEP) repurchased 297,365 ordinary shares between August 17 and August 21, according to a regulatory filing.
The buyback was executed across U.S. and London trading venues, with 225,000 shares purchased in the U.S. and 72,365 shares in London. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Goldman Sachs International, and their affiliates acted as brokers for the transactions.
All repurchased shares will be cancelled, reducing the company’s outstanding share count. During the period, U.S. trades ranged from $105.24 to $108.62 per share, while London trades ranged from £77.75 to £79.85 per share.
The buyback is part of a broader €1 billion share repurchase program announced on February 17, 2026. Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is listed on Euronext Amsterdam, NASDAQ, the London Stock Exchange, and Spanish stock exchanges, with operations spanning 31 countries.
