Invesco Ltd. advanced to a 52-week high of $32.82 on Tuesday, extending a rally driven by second-quarter earnings that exceeded Wall Street forecasts and record asset inflows.
The Atlanta-based asset manager reported adjusted earnings of $0.71 per share for Q2 2026, topping the $0.64 estimate compiled by analysts. Revenue reached $1.82 billion, surpassing the $1.27 billion projection. The company attributed the outperformance to $2.5 trillion in total assets under management and strong net inflows.
Invesco also addressed a $2.2 billion redemption backlog in its real estate fund by reducing management fees by 20% for the $12.7 billion vehicle, according to Bloomberg data. The move followed investor pressure amid elevated redemption requests.
Analysts at TD Cowen raised Invesco's price target to $39.00 while maintaining a Buy rating, citing improved earnings visibility and the firm's ability to attract capital. The bank also lifted its adjusted earnings-per-share estimates for 2026 and 2027 beyond consensus levels.
The stock's 55% one-year total return underscores broader strength in asset managers, with Evercore noting improved industry flows in July and robust demand for exchange-traded funds. Invesco's market capitalization stands at $14.41 billion as of the latest close.
