CQS New City High Yield Fund Limited announced the issuance of 650,000 ordinary shares at 50.5 pence each, raising approximately £328,250 in cash proceeds.
The issuance was completed on Thursday via the company’s blocklisting facility. Following the transaction, the fund’s total issued share capital rose to 715,001,858 ordinary shares, all of which are held outside treasury. Voting rights attached to the shares now total 715,001,858, as recorded on the same day.
Manulife CQS Investment Management serves as the fund’s investment manager, while BNP Paribas S.A., Jersey Branch, acts as company secretary and administrator. Singer Capital Markets LLP acted as broker for the transaction. The issuance complies with the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
