HSBC Holdings plc disclosed that nine senior executives received additional shares as dividend equivalents under the HSBC Share Plan 2011. The allotment was executed on Thursday, with shares priced at £15.1928, based on the average closing price over five business days starting August 13, 2026.
The transactions involved US$0.50 ordinary shares listed on the London Stock Exchange Main Market. The disclosure was made in compliance with the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014.
Georges Elhedery, HSBC’s Group Chief Executive, received 3,525 shares valued at £53,554.62. Pam Kaur, Group Chief Financial Officer, was awarded 2,060 shares worth £31,297.17. Stuart Riley, Group Chief Information Officer, received 755 shares. Michael Roberts, CEO of HSBC Bank plc and Corporate and Institutional Banking, was allocated 715 shares.
Barry O’Byrne, CEO of International Wealth and Premier Banking, received 478 shares. Surendra Rosha and David Liao, Co-Chief Executives for Asia and the Middle East, were awarded 449 and 431 shares respectively. Richard Blackburn, Group Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, received 298 shares, while Suzanna White, Group Chief Operating Officer, was allocated 244 shares.
