Dutch healthcare investor Gilde Healthcare Holding B.V. sold $567,410 worth of common stock in Shoulder Innovations Inc. over three separate transactions, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The transactions involved the disposal of 25,097 shares at prices ranging from $22.60 to $22.62 per share. On August 20, Gilde Healthcare sold 3,900 shares at $22.60. The following day, 20,516 shares were sold at a weighted average price of $22.61. On August 24, the final 681 shares were disposed of at $22.62.
Following the sales, Gilde Healthcare continues to hold an indirect stake of 2,187,110 common shares in Shoulder Innovations, representing a reduced but still significant position in the company. The transactions were executed through Cooperatieve Gilde Healthcare V U.A., which is administered by Gilde Healthcare V Management B.V.
Shoulder Innovations, which trades on the NASDAQ under the ticker SI, has seen its stock rise 65% over the past six months. The company reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $17.2 million, a 56% increase from $11.0 million in the same period a year earlier. Net loss narrowed to $10.2 million from $19.2 million in Q2 2025, while gross margin improved to 78.3%.
Despite these positive financial indicators, Shoulder Innovations' stock edged lower in after-hours trading following the disclosure of the share sales.
