Cosmos Health Inc. (NASDAQ: COSM) expects annual U.S. revenue exceeding $6 million from the launch of its Oliv18 supplement, targeting the cardiovascular health and antioxidant nutraceutical segments.
The company, which operates through subsidiaries including Cana Laboratories S.A. in Greece, projects gross profit of approximately $4.3 million on the initiative, representing a gross margin near 72%. Revenue is anticipated within 12 to 18 months, driven by a staged commercialization plan that begins with direct-to-consumer e-commerce before expanding into selected retail channels.
Oliv18 is a whole olive polyphenol formulation certified organic under USDA and EU standards, produced via a solvent-free process. The product is positioned within the company’s 18 Series, which includes other nutraceuticals developed for consumer wellness markets where demand is increasingly favoring science-backed formulations, according to CEO Greg Siokas.
Cosmos Health, headquartered in Chicago with operations in Greece and the UK, holds European Good Manufacturing Practices certification and is licensed by the European Medicines Agency. The company’s commercialization strategy assumes pricing, sales volume, repeat purchase behavior, and distribution growth aligned with execution plans.
