Elicio Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: ELTX) will present new data from its Phase 2 AMPLIFY-7P trial at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress 2026 in Madrid. The presentation is scheduled for Oct. 23, 2026, from 13:30 to 15:00 CEST in the Almeria Auditorium, with the abstract available online from 00:05 CEST that day.
The AMPLIFY-7P study is a randomized Phase 2 trial evaluating ELI-002 7P (camupepimut) against observation in 144 patients with resected pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma driven by KRAS mutations after standard therapy. The trial was conducted at 24 U.S. clinical sites.
According to the company, the study did not meet its pre‑specified primary disease‑free survival endpoint in the intent‑to‑treat population. ELI-002 7P is an investigational immunotherapy designed to target cancers with KRAS gene mutations; its seven‑peptide formulation aims to elicit immune responses against seven common KRAS variants found in multiple solid tumors.
Robert Connelly, President and Chief Executive Officer of Elicio, said the findings “deepen our understanding of ELI-002 7P's clinical and biological activity and provide important direction as we refine the development strategy for a potential Phase 3 study in adjuvant pancreatic cancer.” Dr. Eileen M.
