The transaction involved 58,255 ordinary shares, held indirectly through a trust fund, with sale prices ranging from $217.21 to $219.945 per share.
The sales were executed in three batches: 11,307 shares at a weighted average price of $217.7711, 39,193 shares at $218.7305, and 7,755 shares at $219.3492. Following the transaction, Blair retains a direct stake of 37,988 shares in the company.
Danaher reported adjusted earnings of $1.94 per share and revenue of $6.3 billion for Q2 2026, both exceeding Wall Street estimates. The company reaffirmed its financial guidance for Q3 2026 and the full year without modification.
Leadership transition plans remain on track, with Julie Sawyer Montgomery set to assume the CEO role on Oct. 1, 2026. Analysts have adjusted price targets following recent concerns over bioprocessing timelines and delays in large resin purchases by commercial clients. TD Cowen reduced its target to $236, Guggenheim to $200, and Stifel to $220, though all maintained buy ratings.
