La Rosa Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: LRHC) said it has regained compliance with Nasdaq’s listing requirements following a delay in filing its quarterly report.
The company, which operates as a real estate and PropTech brokerage with a revenue-sharing and 100% commission model, received notification from Nasdaq on Thursday regarding non-compliance with Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). The rule requires listed companies to file all periodic financial reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on a timely basis. La Rosa attributed the delay to its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, which it filed the same day.
On Sunday, Nasdaq staff informed the company that it had determined La Rosa was back in compliance with the listing rule, closing the matter. Chief Executive Officer Joe La Rosa said the company was pleased to have resolved the issue promptly.
La Rosa operates 23 corporate-owned brokerage offices across Florida, California, Texas, Georgia, and Puerto Rico, with an additional five franchised offices and three affiliated locations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. The company also runs a full-service escrow settlement and title business in Florida and has begun expanding into Spain.
The filing delay did not result in any immediate trading restrictions or penalties for the company’s shares.
