Sage prices €500m bond with 4.28% coupon due 2032

Sage Group plc (FTSE: SGE) has priced a €500 million senior fixed-rate bond with an annual coupon of 4.2805%, due March 10, 2032. The notes carry a 5.5-year maturity and have received a BBB+ credit rating from S&P.

The issuance was made under the company's £3 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme and is guaranteed by Sage Treasury Company Limited. The offering was described as more than five times oversubscribed.

Final terms were published on September 8, 2026, at 11:34 a.m. Sage provides accounting, financial, HR and payroll technology for small and mid-sized businesses.
