Radiant Logistics Q4 Earnings Top Estimates, Shares Jump 6.8%

Radiant Logistics Inc (NASDAQ: RLGT) reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 earnings that surpassed analyst expectations, driven by stronger U.S. forwarding operations and improved pricing across international air and ocean freight segments.

Diluted earnings per share came in at $0.15, more than double the $0.06 consensus estimate and up from $0.10 in the year-ago period. Revenue totaled $261.4 million, beating the $231.58 million forecast by $29.82 million, or 12.9%. The results pushed shares up 6.83% in after-hours trading to $8.771.

Net income attributable to Radiant Logistics grew 53.1% to $7.517 million, while adjusted EBITDA rose 31.6% to $10.362 million. Adjusted EBITDA margin expanded 240 basis points year-over-year, and organic growth came in around 8% for the quarter.

The company, which operates through segments including Radiant Road & Rail, Navegate and Caribe Transport, cited several factors behind the strong finish. U.S. forwarding performance was bolstered by higher international air freight volumes, partly supported by disaster relief work following typhoon activity in the Western Pacific. Ocean freight pricing improved late in the quarter, and demand for customs brokerage services increased due to complex tariff rules and International Emergency Economic Powers Act-related filing activity.

For the full fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, revenue grew 3.5% to $934.4 million from $902.7 million. Diluted EPS was $0.39, compared with $0.35 a year earlier. Net income rose 8.7% to $18.786 million. Adjusted EBITDA, however, fell 5.4% to $36.684 million from $38.756 million, and adjusted net income declined to $25.253 million from $30.944 million.

On the balance sheet, Radiant Logistics entered fiscal 2027 with no net debt. In August 2026 the company completed an amended and restated $200 million senior credit facility, extending maturity to 2031, improving pricing terms and expanding acquisition capacity to $100 million.

CEO Bohn Crain described the domestic freight market as beginning a "fairly durable, longer run" recovery after years of weakness. He said the company prefers to underpromise and overdeliver, and noted it is entering the next phase of the cycle from a position of financial strength.

The Navegate supply chain visibility platform continues to see adoption, with one enterprise customer managing more than 1,400 vendors. A new independent agent program launched for Radiant Road & Rail targets truck brokerage and intermodal services.

Management highlighted ongoing risks, including freight market cyclicality, fuel cost volatility, shifting trade policies and tariffs, and regulatory liabilities linked to carrier vetting following a recent court ruling involving Caribe Transport.
