Proteome Sciences plc (AIM:PRM), a London-based company, announced the appointment of Helen Spice as an independent non-executive director, effective Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2026.
Spice, 61, served as chief financial officer of KPMG International from 2008 to 2015. She most recently chaired the Audit, Risk and Assurance Committee at Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where she has recently retired.
She currently holds a non-executive director role at Barts Health NHS Trust. Over the past five years, Spice has also held directorships at Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Make-a-Wish Foundation UK, and Mental Health and Employment Partnership Limited.
The company confirmed that Spice does not hold any ordinary shares, options, or warrants in Proteome Sciences.
The appointment was disclosed as inside information under the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
