T3 Defense Subsidiary Lands $1.3M European Defense Order

T3 Defense Inc. (NASDAQ: DFNS) announced that its subsidiary Rimon Agencies Ltd. has secured a approximately $1.3 million order from an Israeli defense prime contractor to supply engineered power-generation systems for a European production line supporting an air-defense system.

The systems will be delivered to the customer's European production facility, according to the company. The order represents Rimon's first purchase order tied to European air-defense production activity and was described as a production-line commitment rather than a one-off delivery, indicating recurring demand.

Itamar Shimoni, CEO of Rimon, said the order reflects the company's engineering and manufacturing capabilities and its established record supporting Israel's most demanding customers. Menny Shalom, chairman and CEO of T3 Defense, called it "a tangible example" of growing demand for the company's offerings.

The contract adds to Rimon's existing backlog of approximately $2.1 million scheduled for delivery through year-end as of July 31, 2026. Revenue for Rimon totaled approximately $5.25 million year-to-date as of that date, up from full-year 2025 revenue of $4.6 million.

T3 Defense provides hardware and systems for defense and counter-drone programs, including launcher systems, tactical mobility, power generation, positioning and navigation, command-and-control, and training and simulation. Rimon specializes in infrastructure platforms for defense, homeland security, and emergency response operations, such as mobile power systems, elevated sensor masts, and integrated mission vehicles. The company is based in Netanya, Israel, with its parent headquartered in New York.
