Brunswick Corporation (NYSE: BC) reported strong dealer demand and sales growth at the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival, also known as the Cannes boat show. The event, held at the Vieux Port location, saw Brunswick's outboard engine division, Mercury Marine, capture a 67% market share of outboard engines displayed. At the Vieux Port, Mercury engines accounted for 82% of the outboards on display. Overall wholesale sales and wholesale orders at the 2026 show exceeded levels from the 2025 event and prior year levels.
The Navan C38, the largest model in Brunswick's Navan range, was launched at the event and generated wholesale orders exceeding prior year levels. Brunswick operates 60+ brands across marine propulsion, parts and accessories, and marine electronics, employing approximately 14,500 people. The company's headquarters are located in Mettawa, Illinois, with operations spanning 26 countries.
Brunswick also announced a partnership between its marine electronics division, Navico Group, and Elettromedia, designating Audison and Hertz as Navico Group's preferred audio brands. In return, Navico Group's portfolio will serve as Elettromedia's preferred multifunction display platform for marine applications.
