AsiaStrategy Enters Bitcoin-Collateralized Credit Facility in Asia

AsiaStrategy, a Cayman-incorporated and Hong Kong-headquartered company listed on Nasdaq under the ticker SORA, said on Sept. 8, 2026, that it entered into a Bitcoin-collateralized credit facility with an institutional counterparty in Asia. The counterparty will act as the lender, extending credit against Bitcoin collateral.

The facility is structured on a multi-tranche basis, allowing the counterparty to draw funds over time, with each drawdown subject to AsiaStrategy's discretion. Loan-to-value levels, top-up mechanics and rollover terms are set on a facility-by-facility basis to maintain collateral coverage during Bitcoin price volatility. The company did not disclose the commercial terms of individual facilities. Revenue under the arrangement accrues on contracted terms rather than Bitcoin price movements.

AsiaStrategy operates as a luxury watch retailer and Bitcoin digital asset treasury. Its activities span Bitcoin treasury management, digital-asset-collateralized lending and compute infrastructure.

Chairman and co-chief executive officer Jason Fang said the facility adds recurring revenue alongside the company's Bitcoin position, on terms underwritten by AsiaStrategy with a counterparty it knows well.

The company expects to add additional facilities and counterparties in coming quarters. It is evaluating additional collateral types, adjacent lending structures and tokenization of loan products. AsiaStrategy is also formulating a mergers and acquisitions strategy targeting businesses in digital assets, artificial intelligence and other sectors, although no transaction has been agreed.
