GXO Logistics Inc. announced pilots of a new Labor Management System (LMS) at facilities in the United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Poland and Spain. The system is designed to provide real‑time visibility into labor performance and support workforce planning.
The company employs more than 150,000 people across over 1,000 facilities that together total more than 200 million square feet of warehouse space. The LMS will offer a common platform and standardized performance framework to help site leaders align labor resources with customer demand.
Chief Operations Officer Bart Beeks said the single global labor management system is a key lever of “The GXO Way,” the firm’s framework for standardizing and scaling operational excellence. GXO intends to scale the LMS across its entire network in 2027.
