Seer Inc. (NASDAQ: SEER) disclosed in April 2026 that its Proteograph Product Suite has been selected to process blood plasma samples from a 10,000‑participant cohort of the PRECISE‑SG100K study. The study, conducted by Nanyang Technological University, is a component of a broader research program involving more than 100,000 Singapore residents of diverse ethnic backgrounds.
The Proteograph system combines engineered nanoparticles with high‑resolution mass spectrometry to generate deep proteomic profiles. In the PRECISE‑SG100K project, these proteomic data will be integrated with genomic, clinical and phenotypic information to track long‑term health outcomes and risk factors for diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and cancer.
Seer will host a breakfast symposium on Monday, September 28, 2026, at the Human Proteome Organization (HUPO) World Congress in Singapore, focusing on mass‑spectrometry‑based proteomics for Asian cohort studies. The company will also present a poster on quantitative accuracy requirements for large‑scale proteomics on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Both events are part of the HUPO World Congress, which runs from September 27 to October 1 at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre.
