Green Circle Decarbonize Technology Ltd., listed on the NYSE under GCDT, has entered a strategic manufacturing partnership with SANVO Fine Chemicals Group Ltd. for the production of its BocaPCM-TES thermal energy storage panels in China.
SANVO will serve as the exclusive manufacturer and sole supplier for mass production of the panels within the People’s Republic of China, operating out of its existing facilities. The arrangement allows Green Circle to avoid new capital investment in production lines while focusing its own resources on research and development, product design, and global market expansion. The company’s Hong Kong-based subsidiary, Boca International Ltd., is the local operating entity involved in the partnership.
Under the agreement, which carries an initial term of three years, SANVO assumes full operational responsibility for manufacturing the thermal panels. The contract includes automatic three-year extensions unless either party provides prior written notice of termination. Both companies said they will execute separate formal partnership agreements to detail day-to-day operational roles and production terms.
Green Circle designs and supplies energy-saving solutions that rely on phase-change thermal energy storage materials and thermal engineering services. The partnership marks a shift toward asset-light manufacturing in China, leveraging SANVO’s established capacity rather than building dedicated production infrastructure.
