Blueberry Financial Consultation, a provider of online trading services, received a Category 5 licence from the United Arab Emirates Capital Markets Authority (CMA) – licence No. 20200000451 – on 22 September 2026. The licence permits the firm to carry out regulated promotional, consultation and client‑introduction activities within the UAE.
The company simultaneously inaugurated a new office in Dubai, designating it as the regional hub for its Middle East and North Africa (MENA) operations. The office will coordinate partnerships, localized marketing, educational initiatives and client‑support functions for markets that include the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
Giscard Abi El Hessen, head of category at Blueberry Financial Consultation, said the regulatory approval and Dubai presence are “an important step in our long‑term vision for the MENA region” and underscore the firm’s commitment to transparency and compliance.
Blueberry Financial Consultation operates separately from Blueberry Markets (Mauritius) Ltd, which is regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius. The Mauritian entity provides trading products under its own authorisation, while the UAE‑licensed entity focuses on consultation and promotional services. Blueberry Markets also sponsors the Bonds Flying Roos Australia SailGP Team as part of its international branding.
The expansion reflects the firm’s strategy to build regulated, client‑focused services in a region where Dubai serves as a global financial centre.
