ZoomInfo has launched an integration that embeds its go-to-market (GTM) data into Slack’s built-in AI assistant, Slackbot, via the Model Context Protocol (MCP) layer on Salesforce’s AgentExchange marketplace.
The update enables users to query verified company and contact details directly within Slackbot, eliminating the need to switch between applications. For example, sales representatives can ask Slackbot for the sales leaders at a specific account and receive responses grounded in ZoomInfo’s verified data graph, which is already operational within Salesforce’s Agentforce environment.
The integration leverages ZoomInfo’s GTM.AI platform, an API and MCP layer designed to supply AI agents with real-time GTM context. Existing connections to CRM and email systems are preserved, and access permissions and audit logging are inherited from ZoomInfo and Slack configurations. Customers must have Slack plans that include Slack AI to access the feature.
ZoomInfo’s database includes over 100 million company profiles and 500 million professional contacts. The company updated its MCP integration on Salesforce’s AgentExchange marketplace, which lists nearly 14,000 applications, agents, tools, integrations, and solutions.
Dennis Sevilla, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at ZoomInfo, stated that the integration allows Slack AI to access ZoomInfo’s data and the GTM Context Graph, enabling sales teams to retrieve accurate account information without leaving their workflows.
