Vista Global Holding Ltd., the United Arab Emirates-based private aviation operator behind VistaJet and XO, is exploring a European initial public offering to raise more than $1 billion, according to people familiar with the matter.
The potential listing, which could value the company at over $10 billion, may proceed as soon as next year, with Milan and Zurich among the venues under consideration. Vista has engaged Bank of America Corp., UBS Group AG and UniCredit SpA to advise on the process, the people said.
Deliberations remain preliminary, and key details such as the final offering size and timing have not been finalized. No definitive decision has been made to proceed with an IPO at this stage, the people added.
The move reflects growing investor appetite for luxury and specialized services in Europe, where private aviation has gained traction amid high-net-worth demand. Vista Global operates a global fleet of private jets and has expanded its service offerings in recent years, including fractional ownership and on-demand charter options.
Bank of America, UBS and UniCredit declined to comment.
