Ubiquiti Inc. (NYSE: UI) shares advanced 3.3% on Tuesday after the company reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 results that exceeded Wall Street expectations.
Adjusted earnings per share reached $4.73, surpassing the $4.48 consensus estimate compiled by analysts. Revenue totaled $937.3 million, up 23.5% from $759.2 million in the same period a year earlier and above the $868.35 million forecast. The company attributed the revenue increase to its Enterprise Technology platform, which generated $868.3 million, compared with $680.1 million in the prior-year quarter.
For the full fiscal year, Ubiquiti reported revenue of $3.3 billion, a 27.2% increase from $2.6 billion in fiscal 2025. Adjusted earnings per share for the year stood at $15.95, compared with $10.96 in the prior year.
Gross margin for the quarter was 45.8%, an improvement from 45.1% a year ago but a decline from 47.0% in the prior quarter. The company noted rising component costs and potential supply constraints as near-term risks to profitability.
Ubiquiti declared a quarterly dividend of $1.00 per share, payable on September 8, 2026. The company also indicated plans to maintain at least this level of quarterly dividends through fiscal 2027. Additionally, the board extended its stock repurchase authorization to up to $500 million through September 30, 2027.
The company’s press release highlighted that revenue growth was driven by its Enterprise Technology platform, though it warned that component cost pressures could weigh on gross profit margins in the coming quarters.
