Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities at Tritax Big Box REIT plc subscribed for 771,195 ordinary shares at £1.64 per share on August 26, the company said.
The subscriptions, executed on the London Stock Exchange, follow the REIT’s £150 million equity raise announced on August 5. Abrdn Portfolio Investments Limited, an affiliate of Abrdn Holdings Limited, took the largest stake with a £787,200 commitment for 480,000 shares.
Camilla Brown, closely associated with PDMR Ian Brown, subscribed for 91,463 shares. Directors Colin Godfrey, James Dunlop and Aubrey Adams each acquired 30,488, 30,488 and 30,000 shares respectively. Other subscriptions ranged from 3,049 to 24,390 shares per individual.
Tritax Big Box, a constituent of the FTSE 100 and FTSE EPRA/NAREIT indices, focuses on logistics warehouse assets. The equity issue is part of its capital-raising strategy to fund portfolio expansion and maintain investment-grade liquidity.
