Ming Yang Smart Energy Group Limited completed its third tranche of 2026 Green Sci-Tech Innovation Bonds on Monday, securing RMB 500 million ($68.5 million) in proceeds by Tuesday. The three-year notes, maturing on August 27, 2029, carry an annual coupon of 1.85% and a par value of RMB 100 per bond, trading under code `132680088` with the abbreviated identifier `26 MYSE GN003`.
The issuance was led by China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited, with Postal Savings Bank of China and China Resources Bank of Guangdong serving as joint underwriters. Proceeds from the bond will be directed toward eligible green projects, aligning with the company’s medium-term notes program.
This transaction follows two prior green bond issuances: the first in April and the second on July 13. The program, approved by the company’s board and shareholders in February and March, has a registered capacity of up to RMB 3 billion under the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors’ medium-term notes framework. Registration acceptance for the program was confirmed on April 17.
