Energys Group Limited, a UK-based provider of energy efficiency and decarbonization solutions, has completed the acquisition of Cube Lighting and Design Limited and Cube Solar Installations Limited, both based in Billingshurst.
The deal, finalized on August 20, integrates two long-standing delivery partners into Energys Group’s operations. Cube Lighting specializes in LED lighting installations for private and public sector clients, while Cube Solar focuses on solar photovoltaic systems, solar canopies, and battery storage solutions, including recent projects in the education sector.
Energys Group, founded in 1998, serves schools, universities, hospitals, and offices across the UK with energy-saving and decarbonization technologies. The acquisitions are intended to vertically integrate the company’s offerings, enhance delivery capabilities, and improve operating margins, according to Kevin Cox, chief executive of Energys Group.
Haley Roberts, director of Cube Lighting, described the transaction as a significant milestone for the team and its clients. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed in the announcement.
