Repay partners with NxtEdge to automate vendor payments

Repay Holdings Corporation said it has formed a technology partnership with NxtEdge to embed its Payables Platform into NxtEdge’s inventory and cost management software.

The integration will allow users to automate vendor payments through virtual cards, ACH and other digital payment networks. Repay said the combined platform connects invoice capture, approvals and payment execution within a single workflow that spans purchasing, inventory management, invoice processing and disbursements.

NxtEdge’s software serves country clubs, independent restaurants, hotels, resorts and multi-unit restaurant groups. The Atlanta-based Repay provides business payment solutions and operates on the NASDAQ under the ticker RPAY.

Repay’s Executive Vice President of Business Payments, Darin Horrocks, said the partnership enables customers to automate the entire invoice-to-payment process directly within NxtEdge’s platform. Naomi Canning, President of NxtEdge, said the integration ties invoice processing, approvals and vendor payments to the same system used for purchasing, inventory and cost tracking.

Repay’s shares were indicated at $3.95 in after-hours trading on Wednesday, down $0.07, or 1.62%, from the prior close.
