Repay Holdings Corporation and NxtEdge announced a technology partnership to embed Repay’s payment solutions into NxtEdge’s inventory management platform, targeting food service and hospitality businesses.
The integration will allow users to automate supplier payments using virtual cards, ACH, and other digital payment networks directly within NxtEdge’s workflow. The platform will connect invoice capture, approvals, and supplier payments to the same system clients use to manage purchasing, inventory, and costs.
NxtEdge serves country clubs, independent restaurants, hotels, resorts, and multi-unit restaurant chains. The partnership aims to reduce manual payment processes and improve operational efficiency for these sectors.
Darin Horrocks, Executive Vice President of Corporate Payments at Repay, stated, "We are excited to partner with NxtEdge to incorporate our payment technology directly into their platform, enabling customers to seamlessly automate the entire workflow from invoice to payment."
Naomi Canning, President of NxtEdge, added, "By integrating the REPAY Payment Platform directly into NxtEdge, we are connecting invoice processing, approvals, and supplier payments to the same platform our clients use to manage purchases, inventory, and costs."
Repay’s shares closed at $3.76 on August 26, down $0.08, or 2.08%, following the announcement. After-hours trading showed no change at $3.76 as of 16:14:04.
