Regeneron Pharmaceuticals will implement Veeva Systems' Vault CRM across its global commercial operations, the company announced on Tuesday. The move extends an existing partnership between the two firms, with Regeneron aiming to leverage the platform to generate Commercial Evidence from field engagement activities.
Vault CRM, part of Veeva's CRM Suite designed for life sciences commercial operations, will provide Regeneron's teams with a more connected platform for accessing data. The platform includes the Agentic Call Report feature, which captures detailed information from field interactions to support commercial decision-making.
Regeneron's executive vice president and chief digital and technology officer, Ryan Steinberger, highlighted the benefits of the expanded deployment. "We are pleased to expand our strategic partnership with Veeva by moving to Vault CRM, which will give our commercial teams a more connected platform and help them get faster access to the information they need for efficient decision-making," Steinberger said.
Veeva Systems, headquartered in Pleasanton, California, serves over 1,500 customers in the life sciences industry, spanning large pharmaceutical firms and emerging biotechnology companies. The company operates as a Public Benefit Corporation, emphasizing its focus on the sector's specific operational needs.
The agreement underscores Regeneron's commitment to modernizing its commercial infrastructure while maintaining its existing collaboration with Veeva Systems.
