NowVertical’s growth trajectory hinges on securing enterprise contracts, according to remarks made by co-founder and interim CEO Andre Garber at the Lytham Partners 2026 Consumer & Technology Investor Summit on Tuesday. The company, which trades as `NOW` on the TSX Venture Exchange and `NOWVF` in the U.S., outlined its revenue composition and strategic priorities to investors.
More than 89% of the company’s Q2 revenue was derived from solutions and services, with reselling accounting for the remainder. Garber emphasized the importance of enterprise clients, noting that over 30 strategic accounts each generate lifetime values exceeding CAD 5 million. The top 30 accounts alone contribute well over 70% of total revenue, underscoring the company’s reliance on large-scale engagements.
NowVertical positions itself as a foundational provider for AI enablement, focusing on data organization, governance, and implementation rather than theoretical strategies or standalone software. Its structured offering, NowUnlock AI, is designed to transition enterprises from AI experimentation to measurable operational and financial outcomes by integrating business-case development with data-foundation work. The company cited a recent modernization engagement where an AI-assisted delivery project reduced data-estate survey analysis time by approximately 90%.
The firm also highlighted its partnership with Google Cloud (GCP), which originated in Latin America and has since expanded globally. While formal go-to-market programs are still in development across some regions, Latin America remains a core market, serving both as a revenue driver and a global delivery hub for data engineering talent.
NowVertical’s stock was cited at CAD 0.14 during the session, up 31.82% on the day.
