NETSOL Technologies Inc. announced leadership transitions across its Americas and Europe divisions, effective immediately, as part of an internal restructuring to support growth in AI-driven leasing and financing solutions.
Faizaan Ghauri has been appointed President of NETSOL Technologies Americas, succeeding his prior role as Chief Strategy Officer. His responsibilities will include oversight of sales, business development, strategic accounts, customer growth, and partnerships, alongside support for delivery, finance, and accounting functions. Ghauri, who joined NETSOL 15 years ago, holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Peter Minshall will relocate to the United Kingdom to assume the position of Director of Finance and Operations for NETSOL Technologies Europe. In this role, he will manage finance and operations across the company’s European operations and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Virtual Lease Services, which provides portfolio and risk management services to finance providers in the UK. Prior to joining NETSOL, Minshall held senior leadership roles at Daimler Financial Services.
Umar Qadri will continue in his position as Deputy Head of Global Sales while relocating to the UK. He will support sales initiatives across NETSOL Technologies Europe and Virtual Lease Services, contributing to broader global sales objectives.
