Neoterra extends warrant exercise deadline to Oct 9, 2026

Neoterra Group PLC said on Monday it has extended the exercise deadline for 15,899,999 warrants by 44 days to October 9, 2026, following warrantholder consent.

The warrants allow holders to subscribe for Neoterra ordinary shares at 2 pence each, up from the prior deadline of August 26, 2026. Cedric Simonet, CEO, said the extension provides additional time for investors to act while aligning with upcoming corporate developments.

The move coincides with the U.S. Trade and Development Agency-funded Rare Earths Project and metallurgical studies on the Fluorspar and Gallium Projects, Simonet added. Neoterra operates the Monte Muambe Project in northwest Mozambique under a 25-year mining licence.

The Monte Muambe deposit hosts JORC-compliant mineral resource estimates of 13.6 million tonnes at 2.42% total rare earth oxides (TREO), 3.48 million tonnes at 20.6% calcium fluoride (CaF2), and 11.73 million tonnes grading 54.7 grams per tonne gallium oxide (Ga2O3). The company received a $1.875 million USTDA grant to advance the rare earths component through the prefeasibility stage.

Neoterra also holds the Sesana Copper-Silver Project in Botswana, located 25 kilometers from MMG’s Khoemacau Zone 5 copper-silver mine.
