A London-based AI startup developing an autonomous partner management system secured $1.6 million in a pre-seed funding round led by the second fund of Sure Valley Ventures, in which Mindflair plc holds a stake.
Souk Ltd, founded in July 2025 by Leo Crowe, Sófia Hamilton and Ayo Alfonso, builds Coco, an AI agent designed to automate B2B partner relationship management. The platform targets inactive partner reactivation, engagement maintenance, performance tracking and payment processing across partnership lifecycles.
The $1.6 million round, which also included participation from Antler and Fuel Ventures, will fund core product development as Souk builds its AI platform architecture. Initial deployments have already generated partnerships with seven-figure revenue potential in pipeline, alongside signed contracts with multiple companies.
Nicholas Lee, director at Mindflair, said the investment reflects Souk's focus on applying artificial intelligence to an underserved area of B2B growth. 'Souk is applying AI to an important but often neglected area of B2B growth,' Lee said. 'Its platform is designed to automate the labor-intensive work involved in managing partner relationships and help companies extract greater value from existing networks.'
Souk is headquartered in London and targets companies seeking to optimize partner ecosystems through automated relationship management.
