LogProstyle Inc. said it will acquire all 3,800 outstanding shares of I-FLATZ Corporation, a licensed real estate broker based in Osaka, for an undisclosed sum. The deal, expected to close in September 2026 pending customary conditions, will make I-FLATZ and its wholly owned subsidiary LAND-I Co. Ltd. subsidiaries of LogProstyle.
I-FLATZ operates as a real estate broker in the Kansai region, including Osaka and Kyoto, specializing in sales of newly built condominiums, resale of renovated pre-owned units, and leasing. Founded in 2001, the company is led by Representative Director Toshihide Suzuki.
LogProstyle, which trades on the NYSE American under the ticker LGPS, currently focuses its real estate operations on the greater Tokyo area, where it plans and sells renovated condominiums. The company also operates in real estate development, hotel management and restaurant management. LogProstyle said the acquisition provides an entry into the Kansai market, where I-FLATZ has established a track record and customer base.
LogProstyle’s Representative Director, President and CEO Yasuyuki Nozawa said the deal marks an important step in expanding the business model refined in Tokyo into Kansai, citing I-FLATZ’s solid track record and trust in the region.
