Kohl’s named Arianne Parisi chief customer officer, a newly created role that consolidates marketing, digital commerce and customer experience functions under a single executive.
Parisi will report to CEO Michael J. Bender and lead omnichannel initiatives spanning marketing, brand and creative, loyalty, personalization, media, and digital platforms including Kohls.com and the Kohl’s App. The position aims to modernize the customer lifecycle and strengthen how Kohl’s engages shoppers across discovery, purchase, and returns.
Parisi previously served as Kohl’s chief digital officer since 2025, bringing more than two decades of retail experience. Before joining Kohl’s, she held the role of global chief digital officer at JD Sports Fashion and held digital leadership positions at The Finish Line and Nordstrom. Earlier in her career, she held merchandising roles at The Sports Authority.
The appointment follows the planned departure of Christie Raymond, Kohl’s chief marketing officer, who is set to leave the company in September after nine years.
Kohl’s operates over 1,100 stores across 49 states and serves customers online through Kohls.com and the Kohl’s App.
