Intapp (NASDAQ: INTA) and Legora announced a strategic partnership to integrate artificial intelligence governance and time-tracking capabilities into legal workflows, the companies said on Tuesday.
The collaboration will combine Intapp’s compliance and productivity systems with Legora’s AI agent to automate legal research, contract review, document drafting and due diligence while enforcing regulatory and ethical controls. Legora’s platform is used by more than 100,000 legal professionals across 1,500 law firms and internal legal teams in 50 markets, according to company data.
The partnership includes three core components. Intapp Walls for AI will be integrated with Legora to enforce access controls and ensure AI-driven legal work adheres to regulatory requirements. Intapp Time will automatically capture usage data from Legora to generate structured time records for billing and compliance purposes. The companies also plan to develop joint workflows that combine Legora Agent with Intapp’s Celeste AI system.
The integrations will be delivered in phases, with availability details to be communicated directly to mutual clients. Legora cofounder and CEO Max Junestrand said firms want to deploy AI both in legal practice and business management without compromising the controls their clients rely on.
Intapp’s shares closed at $40.92 on Monday, down 1.04%, while after-hours trading showed no change at the same price.
