Shoulder Innovations, which trades on the NASDAQ under the ticker SI, has seen its stock advance 65% over the past six months. The sales follow a period of strong performance, though the company remains unprofitable. According to InvestingPro analysis, the stock is currently classified among the market's most overvalued equities based on fair-value metrics.
Shoulder Innovations reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $17.2 million, a 56% increase from $11.0 million in the same period a year earlier. The company narrowed its net loss to $10.2 million from $19.2 million in the prior-year quarter, while gross margin expanded to 78.3%. Despite the positive financial indicators, the stock slipped slightly in after-hours trading following the announcement of the share disposals.
Gilde Healthcare Holding B.V. remains an indirect beneficial owner of 2,187,110 shares of Shoulder Innovations through its stake in Cooperatieve Gilde Healthcare V U.A., managed by Gilde Healthcare V Management B.V.
