Exchange Bank (OTC: EXSR) said on Wednesday it will pay a quarterly cash dividend of $1.35 per share, with a record date of Sept. 4, 2026 and payment scheduled for Sept. 18, 2026.
The dividend announcement follows the disclosure that President and CEO Troy Sanderson intends to retire in the fourth quarter of 2027, after informing the board of his decision. The board has launched a nationwide search for a replacement and expects to appoint a president who may subsequently assume the CEO role before Sanderson’s departure. The current CEO will remain in place until a successor is named.

Exchange Bank operates 17 retail branches in Sonoma County, one branch in Roseville, and Trust & Investment Management offices in Santa Rosa, Roseville, Marin County, and Silicon Valley. The company was founded in 1890.
In a separate allocation, the bank’s dividend includes approximately $1.17 million earmarked for scholarships at Santa Rosa Junior College, representing about 50.44% of the total quarterly payout.
