Telix Pharmaceuticals reported a 146% year-over-year surge in EBITDA to AUD 52 million for the first half of fiscal 2026, alongside a 22% increase in revenue to AUD 477 million. Net profit after tax reached AUD 38 million, while the precision medicine segment delivered AUD 390 million in revenue, up 27% from the prior-year period.
The company’s consolidated gross margin expanded by 2 percentage points to 55%, with the precision medicine unit’s gross margin improving to 65%. Commercial profit totaled AUD 153 million, representing a 29% return on revenue. Research and development spending remained elevated at 26% of revenue, with updated guidance projecting AUD 230 million to AUD 270 million for the full year.
Full-year 2026 revenue guidance was maintained between AUD 950 million and AUD 970 million, with management indicating expectations to land at the upper end of the range. The company’s cash balance stood at AUD 252 million as of the period end, while its market capitalization reached AUD 4.08 billion.
Precision medicine revenue growth was driven by strong performance in third-party sales of RLS, which rose 10% to AUD 89 million, and internal revenues, which increased 70% to AUD 57 million. The company’s total revenue and income generated amounted to AUD 523 million.
Telix’s share price rose 2.02% to AUD 12.12 in regular trading, with after-hours activity adding another 1.25% to AUD 12.27. The stock is trading near its 52-week high of AUD 12.60, having previously reached a low of AUD 6.28.
Key pipeline updates included the U.S. PDUFA date for Pixclara set for September 11, 2026, and an FDA resubmission timeline for Zircaix expected within one to two months. Management also announced an R&D Day in New York on September 22, 2026.
Executives emphasized Telix’s focus on reinvesting capital into growth opportunities rather than maximizing near-term earnings, describing the company as a pure-play radiopharmaceutical firm addressing significant unmet medical needs. The launch of Gozellix was cited as highly successful, with demand described as strong from the outset.
